Dr. Baker completed his PhD from Capella University under Dr. Rena Palloff as his dissertation chair. His focus was centered on Distance Learning – a new and growing concept at the time of his research.

Dr. Baker began as teacher at the middle school level, moved to the collegiate level as Director of Instructional Technology. He subsequently served as Assistant Vice President of Academic Affairs, Vice President of Academic Affairs, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Operations, and finally Executive Vice President.

Dr. Baker desires to push learning to its highest attainable level for all students.
